Frankie the Feedback Filter^™ Privacy Policy

Frankie the Feedback Filter^™ (“Frankie^™”) is an AI-assisted product feedback tool operated by JDAC LLC. Users answer strategic questions about a product, its stage, intended outcome, current concerns, and feedback priorities. Frankie^™ uses those answers to generate a tailored feedback blueprint.

Frankie^™ processes information voluntarily entered into its questionnaire, including:

• product type or category;
• the outcome the product should provide;
• product-development stage;
• current product concerns;
• desired feedback priorities; and
• any additional product details entered by the user.

Users should not enter passwords, credentials, payment information, health information, confidential client information, trade secrets, or personal information that is not necessary to generate the feedback blueprint.

Submitted information is used to:

• analyze the product’s stated stage and priorities;
• select or recommend an appropriate feedback depth;
• generate a customized feedback framework;
• present the resulting questions and guidance to the user; and
• maintain and improve Frankie^™’s reliability, safety, and usefulness when permitted by applicable settings and agreements.

Frankie^™ does not use submitted information to make employment, credit, healthcare, insurance, legal, or other high-impact decisions.

Frankie^™ uses artificial-intelligence services to analyze submitted product information and generate its response. When a blueprint is requested, the questionnaire answers are sent from JDAC LLC’s server to the Lovable AI Gateway (ai.gateway.lovable.dev), operated by Lovable, which routes the request to the OpenAI model gpt-5-mini to produce the recommended feedback depth and blueprint text. Information entered into Frankie^™ may therefore be transmitted to the service providers required to operate the application and generate the requested output. The providers and model named above describe Frankie^™’s architecture as of this policy’s effective date. Frankie^™ may be moved to a different gateway, provider, or model as the product evolves; when that happens, this policy is updated to name the configuration then in use.

JDAC LLC does not authorize the use of Frankie^™ submissions to train third-party AI models. Whether Lovable or OpenAI retains prompts or outputs — and for how long — is governed by those companies’ own terms, not by JDAC LLC. Their current terms are the authoritative source: see the Lovable terms of service, the Lovable privacy policy, the OpenAI terms of use, and the OpenAI privacy policy. JDAC LLC cannot independently verify or control those providers’ internal retention periods.

Frankie^™’s output may be incomplete or inaccurate. Users are responsible for reviewing generated feedback materials before using them.

Frankie^™ currently does not require users to create an account to generate a feedback blueprint. Frankie^™ has no sign-in, saved history, or user profile. If that changes, this section will be updated to match the implemented behavior.

Frankie^™ and its hosting providers may process limited technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as:

• IP address;
• browser and device type;
• request date and time;
• error and security logs; and
• general service-performance information.

The Frankie^™ page itself does not run product analytics, and Frankie^™ does not store your questionnaire answers in your browser. A LeadConnector chat widget is loaded across the JDAC Labs site, including the Frankie^™ page; that widget is provided by a third party and may set its own cookies or browser storage and process anything you type into the chat. JDAC Labs also runs the Swan analytics script on the JDAC Labs landing page and the JDAC home page, which stores a visitor identifier in browser storage; that script is not loaded on the Frankie^™ page.

Storage by JDAC LLC. Frankie^™ has no database. JDAC LLC does not write your questionnaire answers or generated blueprints to any datastore, account record, or file it controls. Your answers and the generated blueprint exist in your browser session until you leave or reload the page, and leave that session only when you choose to copy them.

Temporary provider logs. This is different from the short-lived operational logs kept by the hosting platform and the AI providers that carry the request. Those logs — server, error, and security records that may briefly contain request content or metadata — are held on those providers’ systems, under their terms and retention schedules, not in a JDAC LLC database. JDAC LLC does not query them to build a record of your submissions, and its own application logging records error and status information rather than a stored copy of your blueprint.

JDAC LLC does not sell information submitted to Frankie^™.

Information may be shared with service providers that support hosting, security, application operation, and AI processing. These providers may process information only as necessary to provide their services or as otherwise governed by their applicable agreements and privacy terms.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law, necessary to protect users or the service, or involved in a business reorganization or transfer.

Users can choose not to submit information to Frankie^™. Users should limit submissions to the product information necessary to generate the requested feedback framework.

Deletion requests. Because Frankie^™ stores nothing, there is normally no JDAC-held copy of a submission to delete: closing or reloading the page clears your answers and blueprint from the session. If you believe JDAC LLC holds information about you that it can identify and control — for example something you sent through the support chat, the contact form, or an email about Frankie^™ — you can request its deletion by contacting JDAC LLC with enough detail to locate it (such as the email address, date, and subject used). JDAC LLC will confirm what it is able to locate, delete what it controls, and tell you plainly where information sits with a third-party provider and can only be addressed under that provider’s own process.

Frankie^™ is intended for product creators, founders, and teams and is not directed to children under 13. JDAC LLC does not knowingly collect personal information from children through Frankie^™.

JDAC LLC uses reasonable safeguards intended to protect information processed through Frankie^™. No online service or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Frankie^™’s underlying architecture — the AI gateway, model, hosting platform, and supporting services — may change as the product develops. The providers named in this policy describe the configuration in place as of the effective date above. If a change materially affects how information submitted to Frankie^™ is processed, transmitted, stored, or retained, this policy is updated to reflect it and the effective date is revised.

JDAC LLC may update this policy as Frankie^™’s functionality and service providers change. The effective date will identify the current version. Material changes affecting information collection or use will be reflected before or when the applicable feature is released.
