JDAC Privacy Policy

JDAC, LLC (“JDAC”, “we”, “us”) operates public websites, product pages, demonstrations, and AI-assisted tools, including JDAC Labs. This policy applies to information handled through those websites and the forms on them.

We collect only what a page or form actually asks for. Depending on the page, that may include:

• first name and last name;
• email address;
• an optional phone number;
• the message, question, or details you type into a form;
• marketing-consent status and the audit information recorded with it, such as the consent text shown, the date and time, and the page it was given on;
• campaign or source information — for example the page you submitted from, a referring site, or a campaign parameter in the link you followed;
• which resource you requested, so we can send it (speaking-event and lead-magnet forms);
• analytics and browser or device information where analytics is implemented on a page, such as page views, referring site, general location, browser and device type; and
• operational, security, and error logs generated by our hosting providers, which may include IP address, request time, and error details.

Please do not send passwords, payment details, health information, or other sensitive or confidential information through a JDAC form or public tool.

We use the information above to:

• respond to contact-form messages and questions;
• deliver a requested resource, guide, or speaking-event follow-up;
• send the communications you asked us for;
• send marketing communications where you have given consent, and keep the record of that consent;
• understand which pages and campaigns are useful, where analytics is in place;
• operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve our sites and tools; and
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

The consent disclosure shown on a specific form controls the communication authorization you are giving there; this policy does not replace or broaden it. Marketing or telephone consent is never a condition of purchasing JDAC goods or services.

We use third-party service providers to host, operate, secure, analyze, communicate, and fulfill our services — including website and application hosting, form and email delivery, customer-messaging and chat, analytics, and AI providers used by specific products. These providers process information on our behalf, or under their own terms where they are independent controllers, in order to provide their service.

JDAC does not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, when necessary to protect our users, rights, or services, or in connection with a business reorganization or transfer.

We keep contact and form submissions, along with consent records, for as long as needed to respond to you, fulfill the request, maintain a record of consent, and meet legal or recordkeeping obligations — then delete or archive them. Operational, security, and error logs are short-lived and kept on our providers’ systems under their retention schedules. You can ask us to delete information we hold about you (see below).

You can choose not to submit a form. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any marketing message, or by contacting us. Withdrawing marketing consent does not stop the operational replies needed to answer a request you made.

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the link at the bottom of this page and include enough detail to locate the record — for example the email address and approximate date used. We may need to verify your identity before acting on the request. Where information sits with a third-party provider, we will tell you plainly what we can and cannot reach.

Browser controls such as cookie settings and Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control signals are handled differently across JDAC properties as analytics and chat tools are rolled out; where a product implements a consent gate, its own policy describes it.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect the information we handle. No website, service, or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

JDAC websites and public tools are intended for adults and business users, and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through them.

Individual JDAC products publish their own privacy policies with additional or more specific detail. Where a product-specific policy is more specific about that product’s data handling, that policy governs that product’s behavior. The current directory appears below.

We may update this policy as our websites, forms, analytics, and service providers change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
