MindWeave^™ Privacy Policy

MindWeave^™ is an AI-assisted knowledge capture and synthesis system operated by JDAC LLC. It helps users collect ideas, conversations, notes, links, and other submitted materials and organize them into structured knowledge, themes, connections, summaries, or other useful outputs.

The MindWeave^™ application is delivered from mindweave.jdac.ai. This JDAC Labs page describes MindWeave^™ and links to it; it does not itself collect the materials you submit inside the application.

Depending on the currently implemented features, MindWeave^™ may process information users voluntarily submit, including:

• text and notes;
• ideas and observations;
• links and related descriptive information;
• conversations or transcripts;
• uploaded files or other content;
• prompts, questions, and instructions; and
• information used to organize or label submitted materials.

Users should submit only information they have the right to use. Users should not provide passwords, credentials, payment information, protected health information, confidential client information, trade secrets, or unnecessary personal information.

Information submitted to MindWeave^™ may be used to:

• provide the requested knowledge-capture and synthesis features;
• identify themes, patterns, relationships, and possible connections;
• generate summaries, structured notes, or other requested outputs;
• organize and retrieve a user’s submitted materials;
• maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the service; and
• improve MindWeave^™’s reliability and usefulness when permitted by applicable settings and service agreements.

MindWeave^™ does not use submitted information to make employment, credit, healthcare, insurance, legal, or other high-impact decisions.

MindWeave^™ uses artificial-intelligence services to analyze submitted information and generate requested results. Submitted content may therefore be transmitted to service providers required to operate the application and provide AI processing.

Model training. JDAC LLC does not use MindWeave^™ content to train its own AI models and does not authorize the platform’s AI providers to train on it. AI processing is performed through the Base44 platform’s integrated model services, so the applicable provider settings and agreements are those Base44 maintains with its model providers. JDAC LLC states only what it can verify: it has not enabled any training option for MindWeave^™content and cannot independently audit those providers’ internal practices. Review Base44’s current terms for the authoritative position.

AI-generated results may be incomplete or inaccurate. Users are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.

MindWeave^™ is built and delivered on the Base44 application platform (Base44 Ltd., a Wix company). As of this policy’s effective date, the verified provider categories are:

• Hosting and application delivery: Base44, serving the application at mindweave.jdac.ai, with static assets and images also served from Base44’s media network (media.base44.com).
• Accounts and authentication: Base44’s user system, which identifies the signed-in user and scopes saved content to that account.
• Database and storage: Base44’s hosted data layer, which holds MindWeave^™’s application records — captures, concept clusters, cluster relationships and snapshots, memory queries, generated reports, and user settings.
• Product analytics and application logs: Base44’s built-in analytics and in-app logging, which record usage events and a session identifier stored in your browser.
• AI processing: the AI model services integrated by the Base44 platform, which perform MindWeave^™’s clustering, recall, and report generation. JDAC LLC does not operate its own model infrastructure for MindWeave^™.
• Fonts: Google Fonts, which serves typefaces to your browser and receives the request information inherent in loading them.

Because MindWeave^™ runs on Base44, Base44’s own privacy terms govern how it processes information on JDAC LLC’s behalf. This list describes the architecture as of the effective date above and is updated when it materially changes.

Where MindWeave^™ requires an account, the account information collected is used to authenticate the user, associate submitted materials and generated results with that user, secure the service, and communicate about the service.

MindWeave^™ is a saved-content product: what you submit is stored so it can be organized, connected, and retrieved later. It is not processed only in your browser and discarded.

What is stored, and where. Captured thoughts and notes, any uploaded or attached content, the prompts and questions you enter for memory recall, and the outputs MindWeave^™ generates — concept clusters, cluster relationships and snapshots, weekly and clarity reports — are retained as records in Base44’s hosted data layer, together with your account identity and your MindWeave^™ settings. Storage location and infrastructure are determined by the Base44 platform, not by servers JDAC LLC operates directly.

Yes, prompts and outputs are retained. Memory-recall queries and generated results are kept as part of your MindWeave^™ workspace so history, clusters, and reports remain available across sessions. They are not treated as throwaway request data.

This JDAC Labs page does not store MindWeave^™ submissions and does not save MindWeave^™ content in your browser.

MindWeave^™ and its service providers may process limited technical information required to operate and secure the service, such as:

• IP address;
• browser and device information;
• request date and time;
• error and security logs; and
• service-performance information.

Cookies, browser storage, and analytics actually used. The MindWeave^™ application stores Base44 platform values in your browser’s local storage, including an application identifier, a functions version marker, an entry-source value, and a Base44 analytics session identifier. Base44 also receives batched usage events and in-app log entries as you navigate the application. The Swan visitor-analytics script used on the JDAC Labs landing page and the JDAC home page is not loaded on the MindWeave^™ pages.

Support chat. A LeadConnector chat widget is available across the JDAC Labs site, including this MindWeave^™ page. It is provided by a third party, may set its own cookies or browser storage, and stores the conversation you type into it on that provider’s systems so JDAC LLC can respond.

Technical logs. Base44 keeps operational logs — request, error, and security records — needed to run and secure the application. This JDAC Labs MindWeave^™page itself does not run product analytics.

Retention in MindWeave^™ depends on which kind of record is involved:

• Saved content — until you delete it. Captures, clusters, snapshots, memory queries, reports, and settings remain in your workspace indefinitely until you delete the item or your account. There is no automatic expiry.
• Account records — until account deletion. Your account identity and associated settings persist until the account is deleted, after which JDAC LLC requests removal of the associated workspace records from the platform.
• Analytics, app logs, and technical records — until provider-log expiration. Usage events, in-app logs, and server, error, and security logs are retained on Base44’s systems under Base44’s own log-retention schedule, which JDAC LLC does not set and cannot shorten on request.
• Support-chat transcripts. Conversations in the site chat widget are retained by that messaging provider under its terms until deleted.

Backups and copies held for security, legal obligations, or dispute resolution may persist for a limited period after deletion before they age out.

JDAC LLC does not sell personal information submitted to MindWeave^™.

Information may be shared with service providers supporting hosting, storage, security, application operation, and AI processing. These providers may process information as necessary to provide their services or as governed by their applicable agreements and privacy terms.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law, necessary to protect users or the service, or involved in a business reorganization or transfer.

Users can choose not to submit information to MindWeave^™ and should limit submissions to what is necessary for the requested result.

Controls available in the application. Saved captures and generated items can be opened from the Capture, Clusters, Memory, and Reports areas and edited or deleted individually; deleting a capture removes it from your workspace and it stops being used to build future clusters and reports. Preferences are managed under Settings. MindWeave^™ does not currently offer a one-click bulk export or a self-service “delete everything” button — for a full export or a complete workspace wipe, use the request process below.

Account and deletion requests. To request an export of your saved content, deletion of specific items, or deletion of your account and its workspace, contact JDAC LLC using the link at the end of this policy from the email address associated with your MindWeave^™ account, and state what you want exported or deleted. JDAC LLC may ask for enough detail to verify that the request comes from the account holder. Requests are actioned against the records JDAC LLC can identify and control in MindWeave^™; where information sits only in a provider’s operational logs or backups, JDAC LLC will say so rather than imply it has been erased.

MindWeave^™ is not directed to children under 13. JDAC LLC does not knowingly collect personal information from children through MindWeave^™.

JDAC LLC uses reasonable safeguards intended to protect information processed through MindWeave^™. No online service, storage system, or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Do not submit regulated or highly sensitive information. MindWeave^™ is a general-purpose knowledge-capture tool. It is not configured, certified, or contracted as a HIPAA, FERPA, PCI, GLBA, or government-classified environment, and no business associate agreement or equivalent arrangement is in place for it. Do not enter protected health information, patient or client records, student records, payment-card or financial-account numbers, government identification numbers, credentials, trade secrets, or other regulated or highly sensitive material unless JDAC LLC has confirmed in writing that the implemented service is specifically configured to support it.

JDAC LLC may update this policy as MindWeave^™’s functionality and service providers change. The effective date will identify the current version. Material changes affecting information collection or use will be reflected before or when the applicable feature is released.
